tar --strip-components=1 -xzf tmp.tar.gz;tar -tzf tmp.tar.gz | cut -d/ -f1-100 | tail -n +2 | paste -sd ' ' - | xargs chmod 777

1. 解压tmp.tar.gz跳过第一层级目录
2. 读取tmp.tar.gz内部的所有问题件
3. 通过cut分割并去掉第一层级目录
4. 通过tail跳过第一行
5. 通过paste将所有行合并为一样并使用空格连接
6. 用xargs将前pipe的输出传递给chmod并给tmp.tar.gz解压出的所有文件设置777权限

chmod也可以换成其他操作以实现对tmp.tar.gz内的文件进行各种操作
